The VITAL acupressure mat set stimulates the acupressure points of the body, thereby promoting the flow of energy and has a vitalizing and balancing effect. Already after about 10 minutes of resting on the acupressure mat you will notice a change, for example in the form of warmth in the body parts lying on it, which are now better supplied with blood. How to use the acupressure mat:
It is best to wear a thin shirt and slowly lie down with your back on the relaxation mat. Gently rest your head on the acupressure pad. Breathe in deeply and calmly. The first 3 - 5 minutes can be a bit difficult, but if you can get though the first moments it will become more pleasant. You should not rest on the acupressure mat for more than 20-30 minutes.
Use the relaxation mat 1 - 2 times a day. After some time your body will get used to the pressure of the tips. You may soon feel like many other users who relax so deeply on the acupressure mat that they fall asleep on it.

Both the acupressure mat and the pillow have a cover made of robust half-linen (50% linen, 50% cotton). The filling of the mat consists of coconut fibres glued together with rubber milk.
